Decree:

1847 The cause for a divorce from her husband on the grounds of cruelty and abandonment. Though the confessions of the parties are not admissible evidence, I am of the opinion that the unexceptionable parts of the testimony are sufficient to support the bill on both grounds and that its material allegations have been established. It is therefore ordered and decreed that the bonds of matrimony subsisting between the parties by dissolved and the Sarah Ann White be divorced from the said Wyley W. White.
