Boxstoberfest: September 2003

Back to The Boxster Page

Saturday morning we gathered behind the Nimitz Museum.

There were about 30 Boxsters and a handfull of others.

Around 10:30 we headed out on a casual drive in the country.

Sarah did her best with the photography over some rough terrain.

There were actual hills in the hill country. Imagine that.

Scenery. I really don't know what else to say.

A stop sign provided a rare photo op of all the cars lined up.

We stopped for lunch in Medina at Love Creek Orchards. They have excellent apple pie.

Our cars lined the highway and drew a lot of attention.

At lunch we chatted with the owners of this beautiful 356. It has fewer miles on it than mine.

Several silver sportscars, shining in the sun. (sorry)

I think that is some kind of giant apple behind my car.

We continued through the hill country after lunch. Photography was limited by speed.

It seemed appropriate to stop for a break in Utopia.
